Let’s debunk the myth that “dirty hair colors better.” The truth is, washing your hair the same day as your color appointment isn’t necessary or recommended—especially if you’re receiving an on-scalp lightening service. A freshly scrubbed scalp can become more sensitive to color or lightener, leading to potential discomfort.
That said, arriving with excessively dirty or oily hair isn’t ideal either, as too much buildup can make it harder for color to process effectively. The best approach? Come in with semi-clean, dry hair. If your hair is wet, your stylist will need extra time to dry it before applying color, which may extend your appointment duration.
Time Considerations:
Color services can be time-intensive, depending on the work being done. If you’re on a tight schedule, please let your stylist know at the start of your appointment so they can do their best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that all pricing is variable and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We take a personalized approach to every service, considering factors such as your specific goals and the scope of work required.
A final quote can only be provided after a thorough consultation at the time of service. Additionally, pricing may vary based on the expertise and level of the professional providing the service.
We are happy to accommodate a range of budgets, but to ensure the best match for your needs, please communicate any budget considerations with our team in advance. This allows us to pair you with the right professional and create a plan that aligns with your expectations.

If at any time you wish to explore a different approach or service provider, we proudly uphold an open-chair policy. Our team works collaboratively, and we encourage you to experience services with any of our professionals at your convenience
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. If you need to make changes outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail, and we will honor the time at which the message was received.
Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
All cancellations must be completed by directly contacting us. A cancellation is only considered confirmed once you receive an acknowledgment from our team.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without proper cancellation via telephone will be classified as a no-show, which will incur a fee equal to $50 of the scheduled service cost.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.
We do not offer cash refunds for services performed or product returns. However, our priority is your satisfaction, and we are committed to making any necessary adjustments to ensure you love your results.
We guarantee the satisfaction of all services and products for up to 10 days from the date of service. If you require any modifications within this period, please communicate with your stylist so we can meet and exceed your expectations.
Any adjustments requested beyond 10 days from the original service date will no longer be complimentary. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the longevity or results of a service if recommended home care guidelines (such as suggested products and maintenance routines) are not followed.
For product returns, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued based on the value of the returned product.

During or after your appointment, our team may take photos or short videos of your hair transformation to share on our social media, website, or marketing materials.
By booking an appointment or entering the salon, you acknowledge and consent to photos or videos being taken of your hair or overall look. We take great care to ensure all images are tasteful, professional, and used only to highlight our artistry and inspire future clients.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let your stylist know before your service begins — we completely respect your privacy and wishes.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments through Zelle or Cash App for your convenience.
To secure an appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or marked as a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited as a late-cancellation fee.
